      Highly disappointing, nobody cares to respond to your problems

      Pros

      Has tie up with some of the big companies. But they will abandon you after they deploy you at client site. Nobody will address your issues.

      Cons

      HR staff really inefficient to find solution to the problems. Maximum bench period of 1 month. No salary for bench period Recruitment team doesn't match your profile with the requirement. They just want to get their job done. Delay in relieving letter even after serving the notice period. You have to send a 100 follow up mails and threaten them.

      Never ever join this company if you want to excel in your career

      Not even a single pros to share. I will recommend you to never join this company as we are suffering a lot here.

      Cons

      No salary on time. No allowances. No help from management. You can be kicked out at any time during your contract period in the client company. Especially never ever join in IBM through this fraud consultancy.

      I can't consider even single policy as PROS because very worst policies they have.

      If You have no options although I ll not suggest to join this company because after some time you will get another job in another company but I ll never favor anyone to join this organization.
