Hi, I was looking for a software job and I found this placement through my training.I went for the interview and got selected for IBM and successfully completed one year in IBM and looking ahead to complete few more years here.Experis IT hire people for different companies and give them a good life.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. My experience at Experis IT was one of the worst in my career. The workplace culture is tixic & driven by fear, blame, and micromanagement. Constructive feedback is rare; criticism is constant and often personal. Poor Leadership and Management lacks basic people skills and emotional intelligence. Favoritism is rampant, and promotions are not based on merit. There is no clear career path or development plan. Managers suppress talent instead of nurturing it.The Recruitment Managers in front will behave like they are so good and we'll behaved but I back they will behave with you like slaves. HR turns a blind eye to complaints, and nothing ever changes. Working here left me⁶ mentally drained and questioning my abilities — something no job should do. I strongly to work elsewhere unless you're desperate or just need a job to survive.
