      challenging and interesting work for many departments, challenging projects, dedicated staff, lots of interesting people come through the place, lunchtime brownbags almost weekly, free access to many programs , beautiful workplace setting.

      Cons

      Divisions must compete with each other for resources, challenging for those in middle or people who are in a hurry to see job growth. lack of parity in job pay : salaries for equivalent jobs are uneven depending on department or division.
