Fun and frustrating, of course.

Pros

Stimulating work and incredible mid-level staff and middle management—great people to be in the trenches with.

Cons

Several members of the Executive Team lack any urgency to lead or inspire and are difficult to connect with. They come of as generally frosty. If you're under one of these people, you must be a motivated self-starter.

Pros

-Working in a creativity environment -Nice, funky coworkers -Getting to play with exhibits -Location is close to many forms of public transportation -Those in Explainers positions receive lots of trainings

Cons

-Lack of structure -No on-boarding -Poor management -Each department does it own thing -Resistant to change -Lack of diversity in management -Pointless meetings that lead to no outcome or resolution -People are never on time -Cultural insensitivity (although they think they’re really PC)
