Pros

Good benefits. Interesting place to work. Multicultural environment. The good ones are few, but they make it worth it.

Cons

Management has no clue what they're doing. Everyone is very clicky. Many depts look down on other depts. No teamwork whatsoever.

Pros

Organizational culture encourages lifelong learning and personal growth Pays moderately well for the field Great coworkers Fun working environment Union, so decent benefits and you have representation in case of any conflict

Cons

Job security and prospects for advancement are poor. Essentially, the staff are mostly incredibly talented, dedicated, skilled people, and there's not enough in the way of higher positions to reward them all.
