Ambitious company, but overstaffed, very little hours, and absolutely no room for growth.
Pros
A general sense of respect and being heard (Though it's mostly hearing one out, with no actual work to a solution done.) A decent employe discount. Certain accomplishments and good work are well recognized. A friendly work environment Equally, for the most party, laid back and friendly costumers
Cons
Extremely part-time scheduling. Lots of "On-Call" shifts and shifts that are cut at times without notice. Get ready for a few 3hour long shifts in a week only. Credit is pushed for a lot, and at times scheduling is purely based on credit, regardless of work performance. Some elements of the job are a bit too much for the pay. i.e. certain floor set tasks and time demands. Absolutely little, to no room for advancement. A very set and strict dress code.
