Pros

I think there Mission to sell clothing is very clear. I think they have good fitting room strategies to add on and increase conversion. I like the communication with the headsets it really helps to drive the business.

Cons

The spending of hours was out of control in my store. They had way to many bottom feeders at that store who just sucked up non-productive hours. The management team was not doing enough to control the hours IE sending people home on bad days. I felt there Management incentive structure was TERRIBLE you bonuses quarterly and that means your hours have to be inline for the entire quarter. Having worked at other retailer this system really helps to pad the pocked of corporate employee who are looking to cut cost in any way possible.

Pros

Flexible hours, fun to work with younger people (early twenties) and the clothes are fabulous!

Cons

It is very difficult to get promoted in this company. Unless you know the right people or are at the right place at the right time, don't expect them to notice you for a promotion.

Pros

Everyone is so friendly and fun to work with. Pay and benefits are excellent. District managers are very accessable. Great employee discount!

Cons

Difficult to balance your personal life with the work hours. If in a management position, you work multiple nights a week, three Saturdays a month, and two Sundays a month. Your schedule changes week-to-week. It is hard to request long periods of vacation time off. Holiday time is especially stressful with earlier mornings and later nights - this makes it hard to find time to set aside for family during the holiday season, especially if they do not live close. There are no exceptions: managers MUST work the days before AND after Thanksgiving and Christmas, so forget about traveling to see your family. But that is the nature of retail. Fast burn-out.
