you seriously get paid dirt cheap and there is no hope for the future. they also do not care about how long you have been with the company, they prefer external hires (don't have to pay them as high). plus they keep adding more work to everyone's plate, but not adjusting timelines. too much focus on the customer and not the employees (without them you wouldn't make money). or they do not care if you are sitting on 100 boxes of shipment, you still have to continue to do everything else with bare bones staff. having a break is laughable. if you are a teenager or college student, maybe work here. but, then again you wouldn't even be able to afford the clothes, even with the discount. maybe try American Eagle, Abercrombie, or Dicks. any body else looking for a job, avoid.

One person in the office used to call all the merchants b**** and c***s, he’s been promoted twice. Managers don’t know how to manage so “managing up” is the course of action There’s no HR department No salary increases and therefore no performance appraisals so leadership doesn’t have to discuss salary increases Promotions are rare Company doesn’t value talent or productivity. It’s essentially a beauty pageant. Don’t be fooled, leadership is trying to implement “work from anywhere” as a selling feature when recruiting. It’s BS. Only valid for 2 weeks in the summer (not even of your choosing). Not a modern company in terms of culture and work/life balance; has actually regressed, pretty garmento.
