does not really like competitive employees just to stick with the status quo. Diversity stops the further up the chain of hierarchy. No true growth unless you are in the "club" . Culture is run by fear and not true value in the employee. Money is everything to the organization , synergy, but not to your pay check , layoff. No true work life balance. Senior management captures nepotism. That's how it works... accept or move on. take this as a grain of salt as you may enjoy this type of environment and actually do have a different perspective. Still love the business model and what Express Scripts is doing ... just the culture is not for true people persons and who thrive on true competition without all the gimmicks
