Pros
Express Scripts is a great place to work. Hard work is rewarded, and the company is growing and improving patient health while adding cost savings for patients and clients. The opportunity to work from home is nice. Other benefits include good health insurance, 401K, tuition assistance, and a company stock purchasing option for employees. I appreciate the teamwork and camaraderie and look forward to going to work each day. Management is open to suggestions from employees and takes action to improve processes accordingly.
Cons
There are not any big cons. The only thing to watch for is that it can be very busy and the workload can get demanding. There is no need to be overwhelmed, though. We work as a team to help each other out. I appreciate the knowledge sharing from fellow employees and supervisors for faster, smarter ways to work.
