Pros
Remote work with decent insurance
Cons
Heavy steady work load, different departments don’t really know what each other does. Lots of rules about what has to be said, what we can’t say, so much to remember it’s almost impossible to do everything in every call consistently. Don’t have a small bladder, going to the restroom outside of breaks or lunch is a no no. Don’t talk too long or you’ll be reprimanded, but don’t talk to fast/ don’t make small talk and sit there and get yelled at by callers who treat us like garbage for issues we did not cause, that we cannot fix. Horrible. If we got paid a decent wage, it would be a more tolerable job. A single person will never be able to afford buying a house or a car less than 5 years old or be able to support a dependent on this salary even after 10+ years of above average/stretch performance raises and reviews.
