      The only pro I can think of is we had a union from when we were Medco so we had good pay because of that

      terrible slave workers all about numbers don't care nothing for employee. They watch if u get up to go to the bathroom and frown upon it.

      Pros

      The benefit package and PTO. They give you lots of PTO but then you have a calendar to look at for future dates you can take and they are all blacked out so you cannot even use the time the give you. Such a JOKE.

      Cons

      They cram too much material into 3 weeks and then throw you out on the floor to work in a sweat shop. No care for employees or patients. The only thing they care about are the quotas you have to meet. You sit at a cubicle, no phone, no contact with anyone. Just sit and pump out orders. If you have any type of stress or anxiety, this place will throw you over the top. Supervisors are rude, leads who are supposed to be there for support are rude. Don't waste your time, please run. If you need proof, watch how many times they are running Data Entry and Pharmacy Technician ads. I was in a class of 18 and only 1 person out of the whole class planned on staying there.
