      Pros

      Great culture, and people and the work is rewarding. Managers make sure I have what I need to be successful.

      Cons

      If I had to add a con it would be to have more time for training during the work week.

      Opportunities to develop, learn and grow Great co workers Generous benefits package paid almost entirely by company, excellent paid time off package Strong core values that were integrated into the fabric of the firm

      Cons

      Management was overextended, lack of support in decision making Complex processes/procedures put into place that were time consuming but had no real effect on work being done Poor work life balance at professional level, long work hours were the expectation
