It's a fast paced environment which some people don't like. You have to show up ready to go but I actually like that. Definitely not a place to kick back and put your feet up. However, it's a lot better than it used to be. The parking lot gets pretty empty shortly after 5:00 so it's definitely not like the reputation from a few years ago. While the changes are real, it does take a long time to turn a company this large so not all leaders have caught up with the culture changes, and employees are still careful about trusting leaders.
