ESI was great. Had to work hard but rewarding. Has gone down hill with Cigna

Pros

Great culture. Great people for the most part. Fast Paced. Good compensation for top performers.

Cons

Too much work for the staff. Culture has gone way down hill with Cigna acquisition. It is very clear who bought who. Ratings are a reflection of post-Cigna integration. Health benefits should be better for an insurance provider.
