On the road to Improvement

Pros

After a long string of bad press about employee satisfaction a couple of years ago they have been on a mission to improve. Management is now rated on employee engagement & satisfaction, and the signs of improvement are beginning to show. I am not sure I would recommend to a friend yet but compared to a year or two ago they are much better.

Cons

Work life balance is still not great but improving.

Pros

Very good salary, benefits, and overall comp package. Work is very challenging and rewarding as work can positively impact the lowering of prescription drugs cost.

Cons

Work / life balance. A lot of hours expected as the pace is very fast. Multiple initiatives are always in progress. Need to be very focused and able to prioritize.

Pros

I managed a great team of people and created innovative products. Benefits and salary were reasonable, twenty six days of paid time off

Cons

First I needed to rank people who performed above my expectations as threshold employees, and then I watched my peers and managers re -rank those people so that employees in St Louis were ranked higher than others.
