It's a paycheck The people (doers) are great people to work with.
Cons
Understaffed long hours big expectations and workload because they run lean no bonus but George can have one Executive and senior management make poor decisions Good talent is often walking out the door Good talent is often let go and replaced with offshore resources Not valued as an employee Basically the walmart of pharmaceuticals
