Pros
Cigna is a great co with a Surplus of opportunities in various different departments. I only gave it 4 stars because I don't have another mail order co to compare it to. Compared to retail (Walgreens), it is amazing in terms of work/life balance, comfort, compensation (unless that's changed), and process (very compartmentalized vs having to handle various tasks which can cause increased error). I will say, Walgreens can be very beneficial as they pay for your licensure (plus renewal), certification and classes. It is not all bad, but I do consider it more a stepping stone company in the pharmacy industry.
Cons
If you prefer a more varied schedule, scheduling could be a con. I personally love a set schedule. (In addition, flexing, swinging shifts, and of course pto are available)
