Decent benefits package through union membership (medical, dental, PTO, etc), colleagues look out for each other, supervisors who came up through the ranks tend to be more understanding.
Cons
Few opportunities for advancement, no pay increases, bizarre time management rules, lack of communication from management, constant feeling of uncertainty over whether or not the site will continue to exist.
