      Pros

      Overtime in January. Lots of contests. Good coworkers. Individual cubicles. Working on the DOD contract was nice cause the vets were AWESOME

      Cons

      No understanding of disability accommodation. Too much focus on stats over customer care. Low paying compared to other call centers.
