No work/life balance. I worked there for nine months and only week out of that was I not required to work BROT (business required overtime). Every week, overtime. You use any PTO you accumulate to buy back a day off from the six days a week you work. Also metrics. Their metrics are unattainable and unreasonable.

Hard to use PTO, supervisors are unsympathetic, since merging with Medco software doesn't work very often, they don't allow you to do your job to the best of your ability, they talk about integrity but push us to lie.
