Pros

I have worked with Express Scripts for over 13 years even through all mergers and acquisitions. The benefits and work from home are great pros.

Cons

It is concerning to me how employees were let go during mergers and how I have actually heard individuals advise managers not to rehire employees for no reason. There are managers actually bypassing candidates just because another employee advised them not to re- hire them.

Pay is great, and the higher up leadership is very approachable, the culture is a good inclusive culture.

Cons

meetings to talk about meeting to discuss other meetings. Talk a lot about change but little action toward any real change. They keep doing the same process just name is something different.

Cons

Poor management and support. Constant role responsibility changes. No processes in place. Long hours exaggerated by constant fire drills due to lack of management planning.
