Pros
Flexibility, they try to work with you on your schedule and home life. Nice cafeteria with a grill and a cook with fresh food.
Cons
Everything else about this company is so out dated. They want to bring in new talent so badly but they should start with making their current employees feel appreciated. I didn't get a master's degree to be stuck on the phone because my supervisor wanted to keep a high ranking employee and not let us get promoted or advance in the company. You want slaves that day yes sir and yes ma'am.. if you're desperate for a job you don't need any experience, they'll hire you.
