Pros

A great team can really make a wonderful experience, work at home opportunities, generous/fair travel policy, I believe current leadership is trending upwards. Organizational technology is getting better.

Cons

Some teams and middle management can lead to a miserable work experience. Pay raises are disappointing. Learning and training opportunities are lackluster and finding time to complete what is available within the organization is difficult.

Pros

Clean, modern, health conscious, professional environment with a lot of opportunity for professional growth

Cons

not really a con, but managers expect you to stay in a current position for at least 1.5-2 years even if you are overqualified for the position and your experience would be valued , useful and is much needed in another area of the company

Pros

The people are outstanding, great folks to grow among all focused on driving the success of ESI - across all locations.

Cons

Infighting and downright lying over system capabilities in hopes that the platform you're advocating for will be the chosen path ahead, so that you and all your pals won't be laid off. Instead watch the folks who built the company be let go due to the untruths.
