      Pros

      PTO Benefits are great 401k match is great After several years of consolidation and integration, the company has transitioned back into a growth strategy and are taking steps to improve culture and make ESI a better place to work

      Cons

      Medical benefit costs and coverages have gotten worse Technology is a little bit behind and reactive versus proactive Work/Life balance has improved, but could still use some work

      Pros

      Flexibility is a great perk Great PTO allowance Good health benefits.

      Cons

      NO Work life Balance what so ever. Can not work in this role if you are starting a family. Burnout is inevitable. Most managers are young, really young and it is a clique. If your not in your ratings, raise, and bonus will suffer. Process to interview for other departments is insane too.

      Great for go-getters, lots of projects/initiatives to sink their teeth into They truly want to fulfill the mission of fast/accurate prescriptions The culture likes innovation and getting things done

      Cons

      If you have 5 things on your plate they are all top priority (and you clearly don't have enough to do!) Leadership tramples on workers to accomplish the company's goals Run-and-gun environment; getting it done trumps pausing to think how to do it better
