      Pros

      Joined about 2 and half months ago, Express Scripts is very good organization to work for. Great managers who are very supportive and coach individuals. Peers and colleagues are fun, helpful and caring.

      Pros

      Retirement benefits (401k, ESPP) are solid and PTO is several weeks. After several years of upheaval trying to integrate with Medco, the company took a turn for the better with new C suite leadership a couple of years ago. Much more effort being made to listen to employees, and to make meaningful changes.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a struggle if you let it. There are careers development programs in place, but very little movement actually occurring internally.
