Large company. Opportunity to move around. Cafeteria is ok. Bathrooms are clean. Company is definitely doing well. A

Constant layoffs. No security. Very flat organization. Low level managers with 40+ people reporting directly to them. Feel of doom and gloom permeate the cubes and hallways. People in New Jersey feel it's only a matter of time before the location no longer exists, or exists as a fraction of what it is today.
