      Pros

      Good benefits, medical, 401k and PTO and 1st rate. Waiting for the inevitable price increase. Generic drugs should be dispensed free to employees.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They will lie to your face. No work/family balance. OT is constant and mandatory. Be young and dumb and you have a better chance at promotion. They don't want anyone thinking for themselves.
