      Terrible environment and culture with a high turn-over in the pharmacy and warehouse. Difficult place to work and physically demanding.

      Pros

      There are no pros in working for Express Scripts. They don't promote from within, they change procedure without testing first, and they don't care about employee health or well benefit.

      Cons

      Hard work not rewarded. Vacation and PTO time must be earned each week. Favoritism used in promoting employees. Impossible to get anything other than the "std raise" at annual review.
