Pros

It pays the bills no commute work from home You can get a raise yearly based on performance Lots of PTO and about 40 hours of PST

Cons

Back to back calls have been non stop since busy season started at the end of 2023, a lot of verbally abusive callers (understandably) no time to follow up on cases Ive used almost all my PST because it was so busy we couldn’t take PTO the first 4 months of the year

Pros

Pay is good. Immediate leadership and coworkers are amazing. The benefits overall are pretty nice.

Cons

The biggest con is the feeling that the company as a whole does not truly listen to or value their employees. They have instituted a “Future of Work” model which entails employees being forced to come into the office 3 days a week even if you were hired as remote or have always been remote. The idea is “collaboration” however teams are scattered across the US and even world. For example on my team there is no one within an 8 hour radius of me so all my meeting with my team are still virtual. Why do I need to be in an office?

Cons

Constant increasing workload, not even put manager knows what we are supposed to be doing, worl descrition and duties are getting changed way more often thn thy should with no pay increase, manager never responds. No room for advancement unless you are in office, which is not possible for remote employees

Pros

Good (not the best, but good) pay and benefits. Leadership encouraging of employees moving to different areas to try new roles and experiences. Good place to get your feet wet in a lot of different roles to find what you like.

Cons

Big disconnect between the tech/BPO organizations and the business teams of the company that use their tools. Projects are often underestimated and underdeveloped and it seems rare that the teams building the tools engage with the people who will use the tools, so products released often lack basic functionality to even do day-to-day processes, much less the "enhanced features" promised from the new tool.
