Great goals to disrupt an old industry with new ideas. Decent salary Paid health benefits for employee (awesome) but no coverage for spouse which makes the overall cost ridiculous Comfy sweatshirt for swag when hired

Cons

Management knows everything while saying they want input from those with experience. Don’t listen or want input. Hire with one job description but job responsibilities change once started. Diversity is lacking. HR is horrible. Inexperienced HR personnel assigned to answer questions after layoff who was unable to answer a single one. Cobra information not provided in the time allowed by law, even after requesting it multiple times. Bounced back and forth between HR and benefit company.

The market opportunity for someone doing this right is enormous. Product makes sense on paper.

Unprofessional and disorganized. Not a place for someone with sales experience. Product is oversold and under-delivered to customers.

Can’t think of any. Do not recommend this company.

Cons

Unprofessional, hurried work culture. No respect for work/life boundaries. Not friendly for working parents. Extremely disorganized and sloppy onboarding. Salary and equity are not a match for the amount of time you’re expected to sacrifice.
