- a lot of talented Engineers around; - remote-first company; - the tech stack is well architected, so you don't spend much time to support it; - all infrastructure is defined as a code;

Cons

I personally can't think of any, maybe when you just started you have to learn a lot and really quick, it could add some pressure for sure.

Strong leadership, lot's of opportunities to grow, great culture, and large potential upside for equity growth. It is a great place to work!

Cons

The downsides aren't specific to Extend but more to earlier stage startups in general. Lower salary and sometimes long hours, but that's what you sign up for when looking for a company where your equity grant could 100x.

Extend is an amazing company to work for with a state of the art platform transforming the extended warranty industry. Still in its infancy, but slowly adding gas to that rocket.

Cons

Benefits aren't exactly industry-leading but it's to be expected for an early-stage startup
