Pros

Small hotels, less than 15 employees.

Cons

Small teams means more drama. Superiors always seem to be plotting against you.

Lack of direction

Business Outlook

Pros

PTO, medical benefits, direct team.

Cons

Lack of consistency from upper management. Too many directions and projects taking place at once causing far too much to be on a hotel managers plate. Not enough compensation for the duties and hours expected.

Pros

None really, some free nights but the hotels are usually dirty

Cons

Completely toxic environment. Management doesn't know how to do their job and makes their own problems and work harder for everyone. Passive-aggressive & unprofessional treatment is the daily norm. You will be berated by management, you will be asked to work on your days off and treated poorly if you say no, you will illegally be harassed for using sick time. The pay is very low and not competitive for the job type and will not be raised. It is not worth the lack of pay and damage to your mental and physical health to work here.
