Poor management

Pros

Co-workers treat each other as family.

Cons

Been with the company for 12 years and yet receiving less salary than the newly hired employees. A family member died and I was not given a paid family leave. Scarcity of hotel supplies and customer representatives are to be blame by guests.

Pros

Fun staff to work with. Challenging, think on your feet, some guest are super nice. Sometimes you work a alone

Cons

Management sucks. I get paid less than everyone. People who start now make more money than me. I asked for a raised a while ago and nothing. I get in trouble for every little thing, manager will believe the guest and not me.
