Pros

- Co-workers, guests, location, and property size.

Cons

- Nepotism (family and friends are given management and guest services positions more so than others). - Lack of diversity in management and guest services representative positions. Mainly people of Muslim decent who intentionally exclude non-Muslim employees from their conversations by speaking in Arabic or Urdu. These conversations have taken place a lot in front of employees and guests. - Schedule changes made without proper notice. Favorable schedules are given to family and friends. - Lack of growth and advancement. - High turnover rate (Good employees leave due to the unfair treatment). - Properties need to renovated especially site #9726. - Continuous bed bug and roach problems. Overall cleanliness is not good. - Continuous fixture, A/C, and leak problems.
