      Pros

      The market is growing and with Exterro's technology there is great potential. The company is very solid and has smart business growth. There are really talented people that work here. Work-life balance is good, summer hours and flexible working schedule. You are responsible for your own work so you can manage your own time. The office space is updated and very nice. Good benefits.

      Cons

      There are department and inter-department silos and the team work between groups could be better. Processes, forecasting, and planning needs some improvement.

      I was working with an awesome cohesive team when I left and everyone got along.

      Cons

      There were issues due to numbers and they had a reduction in force. Even with all that, I would recommend them and would go back if it were feasible.

      Pros

      I joined exterro earlier this year and love working here. They treat employees well, value a work-life balance environment and have created a great office environment. It's a very collaborative environment and the teams work well together.

      Cons

      Haven't found any as it's a great place to work.
