Hi Friends, I would like to share few things with all of you which is most vital information for a techie. In simple words if I have to define things for you, I would say a work carried out in a developed organization is called as a conveyor belt and that of a growing organization is a 360 degree growth. Conveyor Belt: Specific resources are allocated to do a task and they do NOT have any option for working with other stuffs even though the folks desire and are skilled in it. 360 degree growth: Folks in any developing organization would surely have an opportunity to work with anything what the employee desires. The kitchen/breakroom was nice. There's plenty of parking. It's an easy drive to the office from I-5 and 217. Most of the staff are from India which creates a very pleasant multicultural work environment.
