Pros

Exterro is an excellent place to work. It is a product based company and no one will ask any question if you are interested in other areas. Exterro gives an opportunity to get the complete picture from Marketing, Sales, Product support, Development and QA departments. The company has cultivated a staff of subject matter experts that lead the industry in developing solutions related to ediscovery products. It's great to be part of the "A" team. • Learning opportunity • Friendly coworkers • Good Management • Relaxed dress code

Cons

HR policy should be improved. Policies should be clearly available for the employees. Employee portal for leaves, salary slips,…

360 degree growth

Pros

Hi Friends, I would like to share few things with all of you which is most vital information for a techie. In simple words if I have to define things for you, I would say a work carried out in a developed organization is called as a conveyor belt and that of a growing organization is a 360 degree growth. Conveyor Belt: Specific resources are allocated to do a task and they do NOT have any option for working with other stuffs even though the folks desire and are skilled in it. 360 degree growth: Folks in any developing organization would surely have an opportunity to work with anything what the employee desires. He has an option to bring in innovation by exploring new things in various fields within the specific team or else where. Exterro looks for growing with the employee and NOT has a company all alone. When each & every employee working for the organization reaches their best then obviously the company would reach its goals it short span of time. That is what Exterro offers you with. Short term goals helps you to achieve long term goals. Day to Day activities helps us achieve the short term goal. A firm can reach great heights only when the employee is at their best. There lies the winning secret. Exterro looks exactly this and offers the same !!! The vision is to become a developed organization at the earliest and the mission for it the growth of employees. It’s your call: To fall into the conveyor belt and do the same process without learning new technologies/innovation OR To be a part of a developing organization and work with the latest cutting edge technologies thereby having a 360 degree growth with the company? THE CALL IS YOURS Thank you

Pros

The kitchen/breakroom was nice. There's plenty of parking. It's an easy drive to the office from I-5 and 217. Most of the staff are from India which creates a very pleasant multicultural work environment.

Cons

Everyone is protective of their job space and in constant fear of losing their job. No one is allowed to know anything that's going on. They pay their employees very little and control them using intimidation. The turnover is, not suprisingly, very high. Most of the engineering staff is in India. This creates a 24/7 mindset about the workday. They expect everyone to work excessive amounts of overtime.
