Working at Extra Space Storage, is more than just a job. Its a way of Life! The values here, the people, culture, diversity, and just all around work life balance and continued growth is what makes ESS home for me. Im just so grateful to be part of such a successful organization that focuses on people and helping both employees and customers to a better tomorrow.

Cons

I do hope to see ESS build a presence outside of the United States. With qualities and culture like ours, I know we have what it takes to make a global impact both nationally and internationally.
