Great pay! Don't let base pay scare you. There are commissions, sales bonuses, prizes, and monthly attendance bonuses that add up to make yearly pay great! There is a culture of support for each team member, opportunities to grow and advance your career (even remotely), clarity of expectations, and excellent training. Management listens to employees! Surveys come out regulary and meetings are held to let employee voices be heard. Our requests are given consideration and often changes in policies, procedures, and even commission structure, are made! I love that employees have a real voice in how things are done!
Cons
Getting the perfect shift can be difficult but doable! If you excel at sales, you’ll have no problem here. I’ve gotten my first choice on most shift bids. If you take on extra roles like mentor or coach, you have even more assurance of a great schedule.
