In addition to having the ability to set priorities, to separate the relevant from the irrelevant tasks, and then to focus until the job is complete. Overall, with determination, integrity, and for those who aspire to grow, Extra Space delivers on their promise for future growth.

      Whirlwind of tasks, prioritizing is key. Many individuals do not see self-storage as a viable career choice, so finding top talent is challenging.

      Phenomenal work-life balance- no nights, no Sundays, no holidays. Incredible support staff. Company treats you like family, not like mall based retailers I have worked for in the past.

      Pros

      Extra Space Storage is a life changing work environment! The employees and the operations team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented and there is lots of communication and training to be successful in your role. I highly recommend working here as it is a great source for career growth. It is truly the best work environment I have ever had!
