      Pros

      Flexible schedule sometimes. Not a lot of micro-managing. Allows for your own time management and reasonable deadlines to meet.

      Cons

      Not promoting employees that have been with the company over 5 years. Seem to promote those that have been here less than 2 years and are not able to answer questions for those they supervise. Those employees still leave within a short period so lots of turnover. Invest in those employees that are invested in the company.

      Small office creates a personal atmosphere. Creates strong team effort.

      Cons

      Working Saturdays, however in the scheme of things, being off Sunday for retail is uncommon, so it makes up for it.

      Health Care options could be better but they have a great FIT program.
