      REAL culture with coworkers who like their job too. REAL people who are willing to help around every corner. REAL training with continued, ongoing development . Rapid Growth, Realistic Goals, Generous Benefits, Attractive Pay, Great Leadership.

      Cons

      Can be travel heavy, depending on location. You must be ambitious, tech savvy & adaptable to change. Not necessarily cons for the right people!

      Limited holidays and time off, No overtime, Hourly pay differs based on location, Expensive health coverage, Need to have a car, Pressure to meet monthly goals, Lack of communication regarding office renovations and vendors, Rebranding causes temporary disruptions

      Great culture, opportunities for growth, leadership supports training and growth, fairly flexible (schedule start time can be anywhere from 7-9, just have to be in the office between 9 am - 3:30 pm), fun activities, FIT reimbursement program to encourage healthy lifestyles, open environment.

      Cons

      Lower end of pay compared to other, similar jobs. No work at home options or alternative scheduling (i.e. 4X10 shifts). High employee turnover.
