      Little to know growth for field employees

      Pros

      At extra space they do trust you to get the job done with out micro managing. Free apartment for managers is always a plus.

      Cons

      There is alot of work they expect you to do that is not in the jobe description. You are expected to do alot of laborious work. Expect to be cleaning outside and in while still maintaining a presentable look for customers.

      Decent enough pay. Easy work to catch on to.

      Cons

      This is not a company where you can go to school and work. They are very difficult. Even if it's something that benefits the company. They want you to work around their needs. They often make promises that they can't follow through on. Make sure you get everything in writing.
