      Pros

      I have been with ESS for 10 years in multiple roles. I have had the pleasure of working for one of the greatest people I've ever met. There are always some bumps along the way with some people but you learn to deal with them and usually they go away. I have had a great team of people working for me and working above me. The hours of the job are fantastic and the company has always been flexible. The workload is always achievable and never too over intense. It's basically a job you need to set priorities and close them out.

      I will be completely honest when I say I can't think of any.

      Pros

      We are well supported and able to find help or answers to questions or problems with ease. Managers are set up for success. Benefits are fantastic, off at a decent time in the afternoon, no Sundays, no major holidays. Not just a desk job and not just a physical job, it's a perfect mix of the two. Not just customer service and sales, but also not a day of no human interaction.

      Cons

      Depends on your personality, you will have to be outside in all weather conditions for no less than 2 hours per day to complete your job. Extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, there are things to be done daily outside. Medical insurance is a bit pricey, but upon comparison same or less cost than using the health marketplace through the government with similar or better coverage.

      Pros

      Work life balance is a reality here vs traditional retail. Executive teams are top notch and the CEO is just amazing! You are not just a number.....You are treated as a human and an integral part of the team

      Cons

      A little operationally heavy but management is working on alleviating some of this for the field.
