Great Company to work for. You are respected and can voice opinions with no judgement. Upper management actually listens to what you have to say. You are set up for success and there is support throughout the district whenever necessary. I truly feel valued and an important part of a team.

Cons

When we are short staffed, you tend to work alone at times until we find applicants to hire. It is generally a temporary situation.
