Extra Space is a national company and a leader in the storage industry. The large corporate structure provides extensive communication and support in management, technology, employee benefits, learning, etc. They matched employee donations to our choice of charities during the holidays. They provide incentives toward health benefits, and help offset the costs. They provide excellent live Help Desk options with real people to work out computer problems, gate issues, accounting issues, etc. You are not left hanging!
Cons
Staff shortages and single coverage on many sites can be stressful. Meeting the ever increasing metrics requirements while working alone is sometimes difficult.
