Review for ESS / Extra Space Storage (via SMASH, Costa Rica)
Pros
- Some people suited SMASH outsourcing company in Costa Rica . which was contracted for ESS. -They promove promotions and travel only for few people. -Toxic organizational culture -When I said something they removed the contract and start doing mobbing for not having responsability here in Costa Rica.
Cons
Working with SMASH for Extra Space Storage was one of the worst professional experiences I have ever had. The environment was toxic and hostile. I was constantly subjected to bullying, mobbing, and inappropriate jokes about my personal life and even about my accent. It went as far as being spied on, and when I raised concerns, instead of addressing them, I was removed from my role. ESS showed no accountability and completely ignored my situation, hiding behind the fact that they are a U.S. company. Their only focus is cost-cutting, not the well-being or dignity of their employees.
