They play gotcha when it comes to sick days , when your hired they say you have 5 days unpaid sick time. I used 3 in the first month due to the flu and was given a written warning with no prior verbal conversation or opportunity to avoid disciplinary action. its important to note that on three occasions I was told by my supervisor to go home after a half day because I was to sick to work. Then one day while on my way to work I was told to turn around and go back home due to sickness. I also showed up 3 to 5 minutes late e few days during this two week period of sickness due to having a very difficult time getting ready to work. Also hitting traffic unexpected as I worked in multiple locations so never new what to expect for commute times.
