Pros

Helping bring on new storage was great. Loved working with our district managers and third-party owners. Also, our third-party management team was awesome and understanding.

Cons

poor management low pay poor work-life balance old school poor boundaries failed to protect identity when needed seemed to be to under the wrong department- worked for ops when most of our work came from third-party mgmt unequal titles and workload

Full time work but works you to exhaustion

Cons

split days off, very rare they will provide double coverage. PTO denied a lot. cliques. They pay $3 to $4 dollars less than most storage companies. They offer $25 gift cards and some money but do not support emotional/physical and will work you to exhaustion. They will not give straight answers. They talk in circles of avoidance and do not put truth in the forefront. They publish a schedule in the district but the schedule is not accurate information trying to make it appear as if stores get support but they do not.

Pros

Flexible schedule, don't take work home mentally, low stress. You have some cool workers from time to time. Not super corporate.

Cons

Training, low pay with so many extra responsibilities, high turnover, combined sick and vacation days. Dm's are not the best and don't care for workers at branches.
