The bonus structure is fair, the more units you rent them more you can make.
Cons
If you’re a field worker, District Team Lead, Site Manager or Assistant Manager, that’s all you’ll ever be. They hire distric managers solely from the outside, stating you need multi-site management experience to be considered for a DMiT or DM position, but they will not let you manager multi sites to get that experience until you’re a DMIT or DM. So they use a catch 22 to keep their good talent / money makers where they want them.
